OFFICE OF INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION
Study Abroad at Morehouse College
The Office of International Education (OIE) provides short and long-term, credit-bearing and noncredit-bearing study abroad programming for Morehouse College traditional students. The Office seeks to increase the number and nature of experiences offered and to increase student and faculty participation in study abroad programs.
Exposing students to opportunities to immerse themselves in the culture and experiences of others is a crucial step in creating understanding, respect, and recognition of the parallel challenges faced by world citizens in the U.S. and globally. Our leaders, current and future, must be globally mobile, equipped with global perspectives (global mindedness), and trained as technically and culturally competent global citizens.
